This is an in-person course.

The airport is “BILBAO AIRPORT”.
From there, it’s about 45 minutes to 1 hour to AZALA.

We’ll be gathering in AZALA, an amazing space in the middle of the countryside in the beautiful village of Lassiera in Álava, a province in the Basque Country in Northern Spain.

You can click in “cabañas” (cabins), “espacio común” (common area), “estudios” (classrooms), “sauna” (sauna), “bosque” (forest) to see the magical beauty of the place!

-There are 6 wooden cabins in AZALA: 5 cabins with 2 bedrooms, each bedroom with 2 single beds and a wardrobe; and 1 cabin with 2 bedrooms, each with 1 single bed and a wardrobe.
Each cabin has one bathroom with shower tub and a common area with a table and cushioned benches, a small fridge, kitchenette, sink and kitchen utensils (*Italian coffee pot included).
All cabins have air-conditioning and wi-fi internet connection.
-There is a common area known in Basque as “Txoco”, where we’ll have our meals and which we can use during the day for resting, reading, chatting… There are also other spaces outside in the open for siting and relaxing, and for stargazing at night! as the skies in that area are “Bortle Class 2-3”, which means truly clear, unpolluted and dark skies that allow for excellent naked-eye viewing of celestial objects.
-AZALA is surrounded by a forest of Holm oak, gall oak, juniper, thyme, rosemary, lavender, heather, gorse, marjoram, blackberry…

August in Spain is sunny with clear skies. The average temperatures in Northern Spain are 25 to 35 degrees Celsius (77-95 degrees Fahrenheit) during the day, and 15 to 18 degrees Celsius (60-62 Fahrenheit) at night.

Tuition transfer option: Instead of receiving the eligible refund you may choose
to transfer the refundable amount towards a future Event or Course hosted by

In the event that TOTAMS postpones or cancels this gathering for any reason,
participants will be issued a full refund of amount paid or opt for the tuition
transfer.

In support of our commitment to locate and provide knowledge and nourishment to “Seed People,” the Turning of the Ages Mystery School shall strive to, whenever possible, maintain a tradition of gathering in-person to hold school events and trainings.

During our in-person events, it will be our goal to encourage personal connection, togetherness, and communication as natural, organic human beings. We will not be requiring masking or social distancing, however, if local regulations unexpectedly change, we will re-examine the structure the event in question. 

As TOTAMS resolutely stands for personal freedom and inclusion, we strive to support a model that does not contribute to the bifurcation and separation that is rampant these days. Should you become ill prior to or during any in-person event, certainly masking, social distancing and self-quarantining are encouraged, just as they had always been prior to 2020.

In light of the sometimes physical and psychological discomfort that some experience when gathering in groups at this time, whether vaccinated or unvaccinated, please be aware that we do not require our participants to disclose their vaccination or health status, and although some of those present at our gatherings may have received Covid-19 vaccinations prior to 2022, our experience is that the majority of those attending our events will not have received any. Should any of this be of concern, please take this knowledge into account before you choose to attend. 

When choosing to attend one of our in-person events, it is our expectation that each participant will take personal responsibility for their own health, and agree to not hold TOTAMS or any of the event organizers or facilitators liable should they become ill during or immediately following the event.
